 In the case you are in Japan
-|- We deliver items ordered by 4pm on the next day. It takes two days or more to some parts of Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyusyu, isolated islands, and other areas) For orders by e-mail, we will send your item after checking our e-mail, which might take a number of days. When we don't have items ordered, we send it as soon as we get it.

 

-|- When you pay by registered mail, through the bank, or by postal transfer, please call, fax, or e-mail us and make sure whether the item is in any stock or not, and then send the payment. There are some items that we don't carry in large quantities. If you send payment after just checking on an item, there is a chance it might be sold out by the time we receive the money. Please make a reservation before sending money. Also, please send money within a week of making a reservation. If we can't confirm the receipt of payment, the reservation you made will be canceled.

 

-|- We pack items with attention before shipping, but please check the item on arrival. If there are any damaged parts, tell us within 7 days. We will exchange it right away. After telling us, send it back within 10 days.

C.O.D. Mail

The method is easy.
Call us by 4 pm (052-936-0657)
We will take your name, address, telephone number, and order.
(If you did this before, just tell us your membership number or your telephone number.)
You can know the total price you pay then and there.
Ordering by using Fax is also available. (052-936-0658)
You receive a call from a home delivery service (Yamato Unyu) the next day. (the second day for the area of Hokkaido and Okinawa)
The article will be handed over when a driver receives payment.

 

Why is it convenient?
Just one call, you can get articles the next day.
You don't have to go to a bank or post office.
It is possible to deliver articles in the evening (by 8pm). Tell us if you need.

 

Charge?
It is just added \200 to basic postage (\800~\1,000). It may be cheaper than a registered mail for cash or paying through the bank.

 

If articles are out of stock, we could not deliver it the next day.

 

In the case you are in other countries
The number of days until you get items depends on the method of payment and the country you live.
When we don't have items ordered, we send it as soon as we get it.
We can accept orders placed on Visa, Mastercard and Nicos. Also, Postal Money Order, Bank Transfer, and P.O. Saving Transfer are available to send the payment.
